My Mission
As a postpartum educator, my goal is to give you and your family the one on one attention and knowledge you need to make informed decisions about infant care, your parenting styles, and sleep issues.
I learned early on that education about what to expect and how to overcome common postpartum struggles just does NOT exist right now. Let's change that together and get you on a path where you THRIVE and love your postpartum.​
It is my passion to provide families with the utmost in care and comfort during our time working together.
I believe that every postpartum journey requires special attention.
A veteran mom might find herself in need of different support than she did when she was a first time mom. That is why I start every prospect with a FREE 20 minute consultation to understand what needs mom may have in her current postpartum journey.
Through my affiliation with Live Love Sleep, I also work as a pediatric sleep consultant to help families lay foundations for good newborn sleep and resolve sleep issues for older kids.
